What the calculators do
The tools convert dimensions into volume, keep net quantity separate from a user-selected planning allowance, and round only when a purchase unit requires it. Cost calculators use prices, delivery charges, fees, and tax entered by the visitor; they do not fabricate local prices or present a national average as a supplier quote.
Product-specific calculators connect a selectable record to a public manufacturer source, region, item identifier, declared yield, and check date. A product label or current technical document remains the purchase-time source of truth.
How information is reviewed
Every calculation page publishes its formula, intermediate quantities, assumptions, source links, review date, and planning boundary. Worked examples are recomputed from the same formulas used by the interactive tool. Automated tests cover unit conversion, geometry, allowance handling, procurement rounding, currency calculations, printing, keyboard operation, structured data, and small-screen layout.
The site does not claim that one allowance, thickness, mix, reinforcing system, or order quantity is correct for every project. Those decisions depend on approved plans, field measurements, local requirements, product instructions, suppliers, and qualified project professionals.
